With a team of 47 huskies, Amund Kokkvoll has dedicated his whole life to dog sledding.
On a small farm outside Rena, Amund runs a kennel of his own, spending all his time training his dogs. His small farm is surrounded by forest tracks stretching for miles that are perfect for dog training. Amund aspires to become the world’s best musher and dreams of participating in Alaska’s legendary Iditarod dog race. He’s learned from the best: Sigrid Ekram, world dog sledding champion, and Lars Monsen, polar trekker.
