How do I return an order?
To make a return, please contact Devold customer service at webshop@devold.no with information about what products you would like to return. We will send you a DHL return label and help you with the process. A returns form is included with your order. You can also download it here. Fill it in and enclose it with the order you want to return.
Any products returned must be unused and possible for us to sell again. That means that any labels, protective plastic etc. must remain.
How long have I got if I want to return it?
From when you receive the parcel, you have 14 days to send it back or to let us know that you are sending it back and then return it as quickly as possible.
Can I return all types of products?
For reasons of hygiene, we do not allow returns of boxers and hipsters.
Does it cost anything to return a product?
Yes, even though we provide you with a DHL return label, we will deduct a fee of 35 NZD when a return is processed in our warehouse. The fee is deducted from the amount we will credit you for the returned products.
If we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course pay for the return postage. Contact us so that we can agree to replace it with the correct product and how to return the incorrect product.

Can I swap for another product?
You can do this easily by making a new order for what you wanted instead. As we charge for postage and packaging for all orders, there is no extra cost.
