How much is postage and packaging?
We charge 30 NZD for postage and packaging for orders below 250 NZD. Orders over 250 NZD is freight free.
When can I expect to receive the goods?
We try to process all orders on the same day, or the following day. Delivery time to New Zealand is between 5 - 10 days depending on your delivery address.
We will ship your order with DHL Express to the address you have provided in the order. You can choose, for example, a work address, if you want delivery to your workplace. DHL Express makes sure that you receive an SMS (or email) with the estimated delivery time once your product is shipped from our warehouse. Here you will find a tracking link so you can track your shipment. By following the link in the SMS, you can manage your shipment and edit the following:
- Delivery date (it’s not possible to select a time of day)
- Deliver to neighbour
- Delivery address
- Hold the shipment if you are not at home
- Arrange delivery to a Service Point
You will receive a new SMS from DHL Express once your shipment is out for delivery.
If we are out of stock, you will be informed in a timely manner. It is then up to you to decide whether to wait for the product, change to another product or cancel your order.
